This event is open to anyone who creates and everyone who loves to celebrate those who do. Help us showcase all the beauty that the Outlands can create AND celebrate the next Outlands Arts and Sciences champion!

An off-site location is available for judging brewing and crafted weapons entries. This site has strict rules regarding weapons and alcohol. Neither is allowed on campus. Entries in these categories will be judged at a nearby off-site location. Similarly, please take smoking, vaping, and tobacco products off campus when using them and keep them in your vehicle when not using them. Thanks in advance for respecting the site rules.
We have the cafeteria space and will be using all the cafeteria tables for our entries. We also plan to use the gym for lunch, hangout space, and the like. Please bring a folding table to share. Volunteers are bringing some, but more are needed. Pre-registration is available for the site fee until March 1. Lunch is included in your site fee. Registration helps us know just how many people to expect. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
Lunch is included in your site fee. A medieval Egyptian day-board will be provided by the talented Mistress Liepa! We will have a brass bowl for optional donations to benefit the Kingdom Travel fund. If you have special dietary needs or expect to be exceptionally busy you are encouraged to request a labelled sack lunch. Please add this to the notes section of the pre-registration.
Site pre-registration via SCORES opens December 15th, 2023 and closed March 1st, 2024. You can still show up day-of!

*PLEASE NOTE that the SCORES site pre-registration is separate from the competition entry registration. Site fee is not included in competition entry and entrants are required to be in attendance for the event.
