Tis the morn’ of twenty-fifth June of the Year Of Our Lord 1314. The schiltrons of Robert Bruce have denied relief of Stirling by the far superior forces of Edward II, the meeker whelp of the now dead Hammer Of The Scots. It is undeniable, the might of the English army came to grief in the boggy ground below Stirling Castle. 

Now, the dead are buried and fortifications of Stirling commence. It is a glorious day for all of Scotland, and the independence of the Scots that is so richly deserved seems to be within grasp. There is much to celebrate. 

However, as time passes, there are whispers across the North; Edward the Meek is seeking to retake Stirling Castle, with a second invading force! We must prepare!

Flame: Open fires are dependent on local regulations at time of event, but there will be a contained fire pit on site.

Turn right onto County Line Rd 0.2 mi

Slight left onto Kiowa-Bennett Rd 16.2 mi
